Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
